WingIDE does have the functionality - they call it the debug probe. For 
Mac you have to use the 1.1 version but they say version 2 (which is 
currently in beta on windows) will be supported for mac too. WingIDE is 
free if you're actively developing open source projects and is a nice 
package (full code completion too, at least in the main editor window).
