Python download for windows

Hello

We have been asked to download python so our daughter can complete her homework, only once we have down loaded it keeps going to "set up" and even after completing "modify" or "repair" it goes back to set up.
https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-382/ -this is what we have downloaded.

Any advice?
