Python doesn't install

Hi Guys!

I have an annoying problem, I can download Python (from python.org) but it won't install on my laptop. If I try to open the installer, it closes again. I also don't get a error message. I'm using windows 10. I already tried most of the obvious things like restarting, deleting the program and downloading it again and I tried windows problem solver from tweaking.com. But nothing seems te work. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this?
