Regarding the CC-BY-NC-SA license:

The FSF considers the CC-BY-NC to *not* be a license for free
documentation[1]:

> This license does not qualify as free, because there are restrictions
> on charging money for copies. Thus, we recommend you do not use this
> license for documentation.

Using the SA variant does not help.
