PyPI, reStructuredText and readthedocs problems

PyPI parses your README strictly.

$ rst2html.py --strict README.rst
README.rst:700: (INFO/1) Duplicate implicit target name: "fingerprint".
Exiting due to level-1 (INFO) system message.

But I don't know how to avoid this error when converting from markdown.
