Use python script to create a part for Abaqus

Hi all,
I want to create a part in 2D composed by:

-A square
-Inside the square there is a lot of circles

I have a input file .dat where we can find the coordinates of the circles' centers and their radius.

I want to create this part using a python script and import it in Abaqus/CAE.

Does anyone have an idea (or examples) on how I can do this ?
