Python Silent Install

Fantastic!  I ran the below command and it worked:

Msiexec /i python.msi TARGETDIR="C:\Program Files\Python" ADDLOCAL="all" REMOVE="pip_feature" /qn

By quick inspection, it looks as though:

msiexec ADDLOCAL="all" REMOVE="pip_feature" /i python-3.4.2.amd64.msi /qn

should do the trick
