Old version docs don't link to current version

So, yeah, not touching the old docs. Okay!

It's not a particularly big deal, I can just delete a couple of
characters out of the URL. But it'd be nice if people who link to the
docs could start doing so using /3/ so that we have a chance of
getting past this eventually.
