My guess is that you are referring to that
sentence "(With an excellent unicode coding scheme!)".
I do not need to cite anything. That's my opinion.

My comment was mainly oriented about cp65*** in the
context of a teaching programming language. I pointed
that some tools are working very well with that code
page.
