Looking back through the thread, it looks like:

     Roy posted a reply in us-ascii.

     rusi replied in windows-1252, adding the '…'.

     Roy replied in us-ascii, but with 'Š' in place of '…'.

     rusi replied in utf-8, with '�' in place of '…'
