Error importing wxPython

Hi,

I just installed wxPython from http://wxpython.org/download.php.  When
I import (import wx), I get this error:

ImportError: DLL load failed: The application has failed to start
because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the
application event log for more detail.

Has anyone had this problem and how can I resolve it?
