this depends on what the pydotorg maintainers prefer.  having tinkered
with a few alternatives, I think I prefer the immediate approach.

the wiki way is save, check finished page, and fix if necessary.  edits
are cheap.

(I'm sure it would be possible to hack moinmoin to do the preview via
the final renderer, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort.)
