ConfigParser and unicode: a simple solution?

Hey cool, I didn't even have to promote it myself ;-)

The 4.2.0 release has full unicode support, this isn't *yet* up on
sourceforge, but will be as soon as I get a moment. In the meantime the
new release is available from the homepage.
