It says, "bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé (toute autre langue sera un plus)"
so good mastery of English written and spoken is the main language requirement (stated, that is ;-)
But "capacité de dialoguer avec des usagers non techniques et tous les membres de l'équipe"
probably means French too ;-)
