I think it's this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Maybe you should try HKEY_CURRENT_USER\.. or HKEY_USERS\..\.. as well.
