Which Python web framework is most like Ruby on Rails?

 i started flipping thru "Snakes and rubies" google hits now at 127k,
waaay up from yesterday's 37k.  The 2nd hit is Adrian Holovaty's which
has a good link to Zrusilla's summary.  Adrian: "Python as a saner
ruby..." Anyway,
anybody else found good substantive writeups?  There's a lot of
bloggery reminding us that PHP is "evil",horrible, that projectors
don't work very easily.  ONe blogger ran out of lead for his mechanical
pencil and couldn't take notes anymore...
