How to lunch webpage without using SMTP server?

Hi Grant,

Yes, I agree with you that it would have to be an SMTP server.

What I was referring to is that I found a python script (in the past) 
that had the ability to act like a "limited" SMTP server and send e-mail 
messages on the net.
