Code may tell you how but it never tells you why.

Specially the garbage collection reference counting... It looks very
tricky.

I searched the documentation far and wide but since I did not bump into
anything worth mentioning I just guessed it was not there...

I will take a second look at the "Extending and Embedding" part I
probably missed important stuff just looking for keywords.
