No.  MAC addresses are SUPPOSED to be unique.  They are not always
unique.  Admins of large networks often find their network got screwed
up because some two network cards have the same MAC address.  Saying
that all network cards are supposed to have different MAC addresses is
like saying all programs are supposed to have no bugs.  That's the
intention but it's not what happens in reality.
