No, I just lost track of where it had got. The PEP is still listed as under 
consideration, and I assumed it was being kept up to date. Since my own 
viewpoint was that I didn't really care one way or the another, I didn't 
try to follow all the threads. My bad, if you'll excuse the Buffyism.
