interestingly, this kind of <<horrible mistake>> is extremely common with 
microsoft products -- just think of 'the' office suite, then word, access,
explorer and so on, indefinitely. let's not forget windows itself. you have 
a question about microsoft sql server? have fun with google, try "ms sql 
server", "ms sqlserver", "microsoft sql server", "microsoft sqlserver",
or "sql server" or "sqlserver". it really looks like microsoft's naming 
policy deliberately usurps common terms; most of these products are, as a 
result, fairly to easy *find* (ie, include in the set of search results),
but very hard to *filter*.
