Tix on windows

PythonWin is MFC. It only runs GUI applications that use win32ui to build a
GUI using MFC.

I like tu use the Tix module to design guis and can not load the module from
pythonwin on windows 98 and using python 2.2.2
If i download the package from tix.sourceforge.net, but i don't know the way
of install,
or this not work.
