Copyright on the Python and Python-console icons?

The Python Software Foundation holds copyright.

Speaking as a director of the PSF, IMO that use is fine.  I'm not sure that
means more than that I'd feel bad if I voted to sue you anyway, but that's
better than nothing <wink>.  If that's not good enough, I believe the .ico
files orginally came from Mark Hammond.
