Yeah, just to be sure no one is lead astray, you are quite right.  I
found the followup question of "just to be specific what are the best
schools for [generality] [generality] [generality]?" to be pretty
funny, so I gave a direct response.  Perhaps the original poster found
it useful, perhaps not. :)
