PythonWin - how to configure window colors?

I can't find any place to set the text/background colors for the
interactive and othe windows in PythonWin.  Having it use the Win
system colors for window backgrounds would also solve the problem.

The glare of the pure white backgrounds creates eyestrain after only a
few minutes, even on a quality monitor @100 HZ.  I can tone down the
color in Idle with the "normal-background=#aacccc" entry in one of the
config files, but don't know where to put this for PythonWin.
