Actually, you don't have to disable @ignore the directives in order to
create plugins/mod_vim.py.  Just select the @file plugins/mod_vim.py node
and execute the Write @file Nodes command from the File:Read/Write menu.
This command writes the @file node provided the @file node itself does not
contain @ignore.  That is, @ignore directives in ancestor nodes have no
effect.
