http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/moinmoin/GuiProgramming would be the starting
point. Instead of simply linking to the discussion, it would be better to
summarize them (perhaps with a link to the original thread).
- it's easier to read
- it allows to change factual information if it is plain wrong or becomes
outdated.
- it allows to point to alternatives long after the original thread has
ended
