Well, I think that's the issue.  We want to decide on a process we all
accept (mind you, I don't think it will be hard).  Full accountability
in the form of making public everyone's votes is the best way to get
that, and then those results should be passed off to Guido.  In our
recent exchanges Aahz seemed to think the latter was okay; I don't know
if he had planned to make the results public or not (I think he
absolutely should).
