If you go here: http://www.wxpython.org/, you will find the mailing list
for wxPython.  That's the best place to ask wxPython-specific questions.

I think you will be disappointed with the i18n support in wxPython.  On the
other hand, perhaps you would be willing to help make it better!  What it
really needs is someone with the experience.
