UpToDate SOAP-module ??

I'd say that the qualifications contradict: If the module is not
changing, it seems it is "stable" - it may be buggy or incomplete, but
I associate stability with lack of change, or constance of behaviour
in the presence of change.

My personal recommendation is to ignore SOAP.
