Problem with Mailman software and python

I send this to the mailman support too but so far no one has been able to 
tell me what this is....  Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hello, I am getting this error on my logs and now I can't "approve" any 
postings. Anyone know what happened? Mailman was working fine until about a 
week ago when this start. I have upgraded to 2.0.13 and it didn't help.
