python, a scripting language?

   Because there are at least few well-know big system programs in Python.
Two killer apps are Zope (Object-oriented web application framework,
www.zope.org) and Mailman (One of the best mailing list managers,
www.list.org; it was adopted as the official GNU Mailing List Manager!)
