Deitel and Deitel Book...

My favourite C++ book is probably the Anderson & Anderson book:

If I were teaching again, this book would be high on my list of textbooks.
I'd love to get other people's opinion on it, since we're on the subject of
C++ books.  Caution: I might be biased because I met Paul Anderson and
thoroughly enjoyed talking to him.
