OT: top-posting vs. inline responses

Outlook is mandated at my place of work too. Note that there's a 'decrease
indent' button on the toolbar, which kinda-sorta works. Note that if you are
inserting a comment in the middle of someone else's comments it is best to
include a line containing a single space before and after your comments, and
use the 'decrease indent' option on the whole lot. Then it works.
