Automatic bug reporting?

One idea would go something like this:

class MyBaseException(Exception):

  def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs):
    # Notify author an exception happened.
    notify(self, *args, **kwargs)

Then, use MyBaseException as the base class for all your exceptions.
