zope base href (newtozope question)

Have copied a site (via export/import) from live server to test server, in
order to experiment, but have the base ref problem that even the /manage
links from the left hand menu will try to load the manage screens from the
live site.. it would seem that I can do nothing to the site locally, but do
not want to make any changes to the live site at all.. how can i get around
this obstacle?

any help would be great.. thank you...
