What's this: run_pyc_file: nested_scopes: 0?

This message has started to appear at the end of each use of a system
we're developing:

run_pyc_file: nested_scopes: 0

It's not one of our messages and my hunch is that it coincides  with
us using compileall to ensure the main module is compiled.

Any ideas what it is and how I can get rid of it?
