A question about Wiki/Zwiki

Yes. If you go to HelpPage and click "contents" at the top does that
overview help ?

see HelpPage -> AdvancedEditOptions. Or: have you edited a page yet ?
If so did you notice the add file/image form towards the bottom ?

"thread mode" and "document mode" are terms used when discussing a
page's general form. See http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?ThreadMode,
http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?DocumentMode. If you mean hiding & showing the
page hierarchy, you can set this preference in UserOptions if the wiki
enables it.

There's no better starting place than http://zwiki.org as far as I
know. Dig around a little more, wikis can seem chaotic but you should
find answers to most of your questions there. If you see a better way
to organize the help for beginners please go ahead and create such a
page, it would be very welcome.
