Not only Google, but substantial parts of Yahoo! site, including the entire 
yahoo mail interface (you can actually see th .py endings in many pages).

Also in Python:

- Infoseek/Ultraseek server (core library in C, bind to Python)
- The RedHat installer
- MojoNation

As for Sketch, the FAQ answer your question. The main problem is that the 
stable version of Tk was not ported to Windows, and there are some low 
level stuff that wasn't ported either.
