Alistar Vining pointed out that the combining character sequences
in the slides are flipped: in Unicode combining code points *follow*
the main character rather than preceed it.

I have uploaded a corrected version (and will continue to fix any
errata as I find them or they are reported to me). This will 
most probably become a work in progress and I will add new slides
as the need becomes necessary.
