That's funny.  Although there *is* more than one way to do this in Python, 
Python users don't seem to care for exercises in finding and displaying 
"neat tricks" in Python.  Most of the newsgroup postings seem to be 
discussion of usage of a particular module, how the language (should) 
work, and implementing a well-designed class/component.

Of course, there was the one time that Gerrit claimed to have ripped 
off the open and close brace keys from his keyboard because of his 
zeal for Python.  I remember a long discussion about how to slice and 
index without brackets.  :)
