Python training on east coast?

Good to know about.. but way alas too expensive for me now - I don't have a

Now if only I could find a willing tutor on comp.lang.python and a few
people here in New York City to spread costs, perhaps we could work out some
interesting alternative.. Then video and edit the proceedings to make it
worth __everyone's__ time+cost+effort
..anyone??
