Lovin' list comprehensions

I was slow to upgrade from 1.5.2 to the 2.x series.  I was saying to myself,
"List comprehensions?! We don't need no steenkin' list comprehensions!"
(never having used list comprehensions before, I was sure they weren't
useful ;)

Lo and behold, I finally upgraded, and what's my favorite new feature? List
comprehensions of course!  They're so useful and compact - you gotta love
'em.
