Deprecate tabs for indenting (was Re: Indenting with tabs vs spaces)

In my experience, the vast majority of people who do this
inevitably end up mixing tabs and spaces. The moment you do
this, you have defacto chosen an tabwidth for your viewing
audience whether they like it or not.
