error importing win32api in debugger

I am getting failures importing win32ui on an embedded application.

I am running in the debugger.  Since win32ui is a DLL, I assume the
problem is mixing debug/non-debug dlls.

Is there some place I can get 2.0 debug dlls or (gasp) do I need to
build these from source?
