Experimental ZODB packages

It's linked to from http://starship.python.net/crew/amk/zodb/ .  Since
we use the ZODB, and soon ZEO, fairly seriously at work, I'm trying to
produce material about using them.  The repackaging is part of that
effort; I also want to make the ZEO server be administered more like a
conventional Unix daemon, and am working on patches to that effect.
