Experimental ZODB packages

Some binary versions have been added to the FTP directory at the above
URL.  Thomas Heller has kindly contributed Windows binaries for the 3
packages, in versions for both Python 1.5.2 and 1.6b1.  I've also
built Linux RPMs for x86.
