Yes, Esperanto. The editor itself has interfaces in several languages,
one of which is English. There are however no help texts available in
English yet.

If you want to try it, just hit the link that says "0.94 beta", and
download it, unzip, and go. In the menu "opcioj" you can change
the interface language.

UniRed is a bit slow, but it has some nice features. It's still in
beta.

This is however going heavily off-topic...
