ICQ messages in Python

If all you want to do is send a message to an icq-client, you should
probably just use one of the ways that mirabilis provide. (Panels, win-dll
or something)
But if you want a full icq-client you can either use one of the existing
ones from source-forge (they are in a variety of languages) or join up for
the 'started-just-recently-project-to-create-an-icq-client-in-python'.

waiting for a reply).
