No urgency for me (but thanks for the kind thought!), I was just
looking for the desktop's HWND to use as the parent-window of a
window, to make it top-level (which it doesn't have to be -- a
clipboard-viewer, I learned to mild surprise, CAN be a child
window!). There are oodles of workarounds...
